We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I am looking at your Amelia plugin but just wondered if it was possible to allow the customer to enter their location and populate the location field in my Google Calendar. If this is not a feature would you be able to direct me to the code which sends the data so when we purchase the plugin for our site we can make the modification for this.

    Kind Regards,

    Lewis

    Hi Luke,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

It is possible to allow customers to enter their location by adding a new field to the booking form with our custom fields feature. However, since this field can be in several types and contain different information (depending on what each user define) by default it is not connected with Google Calendar. Since we already had some similar requests we can send you the details for modification and then you will be able to use it like you need.

    Best regards.

    Hi Isidora,

If you could send the details for the modification, that would be perfect and we'll get to testing it out.

    Hi Luke,

Once you purchase the plugin you can open the ticket in Amelia section of this support platform and our technical support will send you the modification. The modification is change in the code and you cannot implement it on our demo or our Lite version (because it doesn't have the custom fields option), so you cannot test it before the purchase.

    Best regards.
