there is a way to show to the customer by front-end area (with shortcode or something like that) their booked appointment?
Example (customer experience) : I book an appointment. System send me an email to confirm my booking. If I log in in the site there isn't a view that permit to show my future appointment.

Sorry to disappoint you but something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment.
We have a plan to implement front end booking cabinet for customers which will be available in some next updates of the plugin.
