We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
At the tutorial about "Notification settings" (https://wpamelia.com/notification-settings/) there is a mention of the option "Send all notifications to the additional address", which allows a manager to receive an email about all notifications from all appointments.
However, when I enter the Amelia notification settings, this option doesn't seem to be present. Where can I find this option? Or is there any other way for a user to receive all notifications by mail? My client doesn't want to use Google Calendar for that..
Hi Patrick,
Thank you for your purchase.
Yes it is available in new release that we lunch couple day ago.
We didn't release auto update yet, but you can update the plugin manually by following these steps:
1.) Download zip from this link
2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.
4.) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5.) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
6.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.
7.) Clear server and browser cache
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Thank you for the quick reply! I will try to this now. Will this delete all existing appointments, services, and other data?
Hi Patrick,
You are welcome.
No you will not delete your data because it is already saved in database. There is only two ways how you can remove (lose) data:
First if you delete all data throw our plugin and second is if you delete tables in database manually, so don't worry.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to open a new ticket, we will gladly help.
We'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a Review on CodeCanyon on this link. Thanks!
Best regards.

Isidora Markovic
