We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
My client has these questions. Can you provide the answers?
I looked at their website on beauty and salon services booking; I clicked on the demo on "frontend", it shows who to book with under "employees". Can we change that to say "salon professionals" or "hair stylists" or "lash specialists", etc?
Also, does that mean all my salon professionals (or at least those who want to be included in this central "booking button" on my Phenix website) have to update their appointments on this system?
Hi Victor,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
1. Yes, of course. In our Labels Settings on the Settings page you can change the 'employee' and 'service label, and all other including these two you can also change using Poedit, Loco Translate or some other third party translation plugin. We have a file with all strings that you can change.
2. They can do this, or they can connect their profiles with their Google calendars. So each time when they add some appointment in their Google Calendar (with status busy in the event) that appointment will affect the number of free time slots (the time slots when that appointment from Google Calendar is scheduled will be deleted from Amelia). So they can log in to Amelia and add appointment, change their working hours, add special days or days off (you can decide what you will allow them in the Roles Settings), or they can add appointments in their Google Calendar. In order for employee to be able to do all this, he needs to have Amelia WordPress User Role.
Best regards.
