We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
In the first table I want to display WP users in the column. So I created the second MSQL table where WP users pulled. In the second table, the filter on the field with the user name works. But in the first table does not work.
I recorded the screen of my actions - less than a minute and without sound. You know the parameters of the entrance to my site - I allow you to enter the site in the admin area.
Hey, Svinauh.
I'm afraid it can't work like that.
You'd need a column with ID's as a store value for table #22. Please take a look at our documentation, to see an example of how it's supposed to look like.
I'm sure if you add an ID column to table #22, and use it as "Store value" for foreign key in table #21, the search should work just fine.
Please let me know.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you, you solved my problem. I watched the video and realized that I forgot to put the Filter type.
Ah, that works as well
Great news, Svinauh. Thanks for letting me know.
