    Hi,

Not sure what has gone on, but I keep WP and all my apps up to date.

Yesterday for ome unknown reason WPtable created a WP error where the backend index went blank.

    Unfortunately I don't have a screen shot.

But I could not see and then select the Users panel of dashboard or anything else for that matter.

We systematically deactivated all apps and this app, WP tables was the culprit to that issue. We also cleared the Cache.

    Hello ragster200.

    Thank you for your purchase.

Could you, please recreate the issue and send us the screenshot? There's really not much we can do with this information - we haven't had an issue like this reported to us. The plugin v2.5 has been tested with the latest version of WordPress, and it hasn't caused the installation to crash.

Please provide as much info as possible - what is the current version of the plugin, of WP.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković

    Hi Aleksandar

I have recreated the issue and have attached three pictures to the attachment.

Please note the left hand side of the screen and the changes once WP Tables are activated.

I have up to date WP and apps.

    Regards,

    Matt

    Hello again Matt.

I see you're using v2.4. Can you try updating to v.2.5 and then let me know if the issue is still there?

My suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following these steps:

IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete the old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page) if you don’t want to lose all your tables!

    1. Download zip from this link

    2. Use FTP to open /your_wordpress_folder/wp-content/plugins

    3. Delete existing wpDataTables folder.

    4. Upload previously downloaded wpDataTables folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

    5. Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

    6. Deactivate wpDataTables, and then activate it again.

    7. Clear server and browser cache

IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete the old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page) if you don’t want to lose all your tables!

    Best regards.

    Hi,

    Your link didn't work

I went to Envato and the link was not working. I also noted that you cannot download the update without purchasing ongoing support.

I purchased WP Tables specifically and have now uninstalled and deleted for good.

As my clients also state. If its too hard, we won't use it.
