If I understand you right when you make employee and create WordPress user for him, it will be 
assigned Amelia Employee role for that user. Like this he will be able to use own login, and he will be able to see what is allowed for this role. My suggestion is to read more in our documentation about Users and Roles in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.

If this is not what you look for then please explain me in little more detail or send me some screenshots/screencast and I will give you my suggestion.

 Sorry for disappointment but something like this is not possible with our plugin. You can access to all employees on page on back-end with route yourwebiste.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-employees#/employees

What you can do is to make www.mywebsite.com/employee page and then insert shortcode

[ameliacatalog employee=1] 

or

[amelliabooking employee=1]

and like this it will be show booking form only for that employee.
