Can you predefine a value to a new record but front-end hide that column, as it will enable the functionality of adding a new record without the user being able to edit or see that column?
When a user adds a record I would like to add some extra information about the site and page the user is adding the record from, but without the user being able to alter or delete these informations.

Yeah, you can hide the column from front end, but if you don't change the edit settings for that column, it will still be present in the "New entry" and "Edit" modals:
