I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately conditional formatting between columns (and tables) is not possible with the plugin's features at the moment.
If the temperature is outside the provided range, you can paint the entire row, but not a single cell (if the cell you want to paint is not the one you're passing the rule for). For instance - for carrots (first row), you can add conditional formatting for the "Temperature" column:
But, like I said - that paints the whole row, not the "Plant" column.
I'm having another issue right now with a manual table.
I have it so it's editable with selectable options and it works fine in the admin panel when testing it but when I check it in the site front end it doesnt load any options.
Please advise, it is in the Plant Chooser tab of my website.
There is probably a conflict with the bootstrap.js files.
Please go to wpDataTables main Settings on Your wp-admin page. You'll see Include full bootstrap front-end and Include full bootstrap back-end. Disable both sliders, hit Apply and refresh Your page.
Please let me know if You managed to resolve the issue.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a Review on CodeCanyon on this link, and if it's not too much to ask - one review for our Lite Version as well? Thanks!
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket. We'll gladly help.
Is it possible to compare with a value from another mysql table using conditional formatting
What I have is a list of values in my table.
plant, temperature, max temperature, min temperature.
What I wish to do is make the plant cell red if the temperature is not within the max and min temperature range specified by their respective columns.
Is this possible?
