I am having trouble with email notifications after booking. Right after booking through Amelia the client should receive an email notification (this was working before but has stopped working for some reason, and that very first email notification is not being sent). However, when I manually change the status of the booking through the Admin page (from "pending," to "approved" or "cancelled") email notifications are sent successfully.
Can you help me figure out why email notifications are NOT being sent/received at the very beginning when a booking happens?
Hello, yes I am using the latest version of the plugin (it's set to automatically update). And the box you mentioned is checked as well, so I don't know what's going on. Do you have any suggestions on what to do? Would it be helpful if you could access it directly?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PrivateReply so nobody can see them except us.
