Hi, I'm interested in using Amelia for booking into group horse riding sessions. Is it possible for the software to ask for riders height, age and weight when booking. and asking for this info off each user booking? say when someone books for 2 people? Or do they have to book 1 and then book another 1? Can someone book multiple spots in the same booking? Can you buy gift vouchers?

We have option for you to add custom fields to the booking form so you can ask your customers these questions during the booking. You can choose whether this fields will be mandatory or not, and if you set them as mandatory your customers will not be able to schedule the appointment before they enter these data. If they book for two they will have to enter the data one after the other, for example 170cm, 180cm (in the same field), since the custom fields are set for each service and there is no option to set them to appear for example, the same custom fields twice if somebody selects two persons. Other solution would be that each customer add 1 booking.

If you mean spots like group booking, then yes, you can set maximum capacity for each service and customers can add people until the maximum capacity is reached.
"Can you buy gift vouchers?"
Unfortunately we don't have option for adding gift cards, we only have coupons at the moment (you can read about them in the link).
