There is probably a conflict with the bootstrap.js files.

Please go to wpDataTables main Settings on Your wp-admin page. You'll see Include full bootstrap front-end and Include full bootstrap back-end. Disable both sliders, hit Apply and refresh Your page.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Is the issue presenting itself when you try to create a specific table type?

I am sorry, Arturas, but I couldn't replicate the issue.

I added two Excel tables without any issues. Please take a look at TEST SUPPORT 2 and TEST SUPPORT 3.

They were both added by importing from a data source.

How big is your table?

If the table is larger than 3000-5000 rows, the page load and generation time will be slow, and can eventually break the page.

I am having problems with opening this file. I get the following error:

We tried opening it on a McBook Pro, and it opened up, but worked very slow, until it crashed. We saw it contains a lot of formatting and a lot of data. Can you clear all formatting from this file, make it a clean Excel document with only one sheet and send it to us, so we can test it?

I created a table on your website using that file without issues.

One thing to note, though, is that there is a column missing a header. That's one reason why it wouldn't allow you to create a table. I named it "Column1" just so it would be able to create the table.

If you add a column name in the source file, you'd be able to upload it without issues. Or you can simply rename the existing name to whatever you like.
