When a customer cancel's does it refund the £30 deposit i am taking from them ? No way to stop customers being able to cancel ?

Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately that is not possible with built in features of plugin.
What you can do to not allow customer to cancel appointment is to turn off option Automatically create Amelia Customer user in Roles settings, so when customers made booking it will not be created user in WordPress, so they will not be able to access to Customer dashboard and to cancel the appointment. Also, you will not insert in notifications email and in Google description (if you are using Google synchronization)placeholder %appointment_cancel_url% and like this they will not be able to cancel the appointment.

Does the customer get refunded even if i cancel the appointment ? My policy is if cancell upto 72hr before appointment then they dont get the deposit refunded
Also i am trying to put my logo into the notification emails but they are not showing. Can the emails be done html ?

We are glad that you will continue to build your booking system with our plugin.
Like I explain in previous post that is not possible automatically with built in features of plugin. You will need manually to refunded. How you will set you Refund Policy that depends of your decision as business owner.
Yes it is possible to add a logo, just in the browser find the image that you want to add, right click on it and then click Copy Image, after that just go to notification and paste it.
