We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Couple of questions... part of the services I will be offer is a three part procedure. First is a consultation, second the procedure and third the top up. The procedure cost includes the time for both the main procedure booking and the top up session that follows. 

    I'd like to request a deposit for the booking for both the consultation and the main procedure. The rest of the payment will be made on the day before the treatment begins. Is it possible to have this type of set up? It may be that some customers want to pay up front? 

    Customers who have the treatment also will need to purchase paid topup sessions as well that are part of the initial treatment. 

    What options do I have in terms of:

    1 Booking a consultation - with and without a deposit

    2 booking the main procedure - taking a deposit or full payment

    3 re-booking the client in for their free top up session - no fee

    4 having the option to purchase a top up session at a later date - full payment

    Is it possible to use the calendar behind in the back end with services that are visible to the customer?

    Hi Laura,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    I am very sorry to say that at the moment our plugin doesn't suit your needs. We don't have option for buying packages like you need for this three procedures, and we also don't have option for deposit payments at the moment. However, we plan to work on new features and these two are certainly on our To Do list. However, since we already have priorities set for the next two releases I must be honest to say that these two features will not be very soon. First we will implement the Event booking feature and after that customer's cabinet and recurring appointments. Then we will be able to implement packages and deposit.

    If you are interested I could inform you once we release a version with these features?

    Thanks Isidora. Yeah I found your suggestion area after I submitted this and can see that a few people like the deposit option. 

    Your system is still very useful and can be worked around so that is fine that these features will be available at a later date. If you could keep me informed, that would be great.
