The empty value for integer columns will automatically be changed to "0", so the functionality will still be there. I understand it may be the issue and confusion for the end-users, but unfortunately, until I hear back from the development team there's nothing I can do to change the behavior.

When I add a new row into a table, the predefinied value (i.e. "0") is OK. But clicking on "Apply and add new", the predefinied value is lost.

Could it be a bug?
