We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, I am the web developer for a wedding/conference/meetings/restaurant venue in Mexico City, the issue is that our customers may book a meeting room or a make a restaurant reservation for different time slots (for example customer A may require meeting room 1 from 9am to 13pm, but customer B would require meeting room 1 from 14pm to 15pm only), is there any way we can achieve that with Amelia?

And a second question would be if you have any demos (working sites) or screenshots I can see/show my customer in Spanish?  I have read a translation is available, but showing them a demo in spanish would be awesome!

    Thanks in advance,

    Paula Ayala

    Hi Paula,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

For booking the different durations for the meeting room you would have two different workarounds:

    1. You can create multiple services for each duration and write the duration in the service name (this solution is good if you don't have much services), or

    2. You can create one basic service that would last, for example, 1 hour and then add Extra service that would have own duration and quantity so the customers can choose how long they want to reserve the meeting room (for example service of 1 hour+extra of 1 hour=2 hours of reservation for the meeting room). More about our extras option you can read here.

We do have Spanish translation in our plugin, but our demo is only on English. You can only download our free Lite version, but that version has limitations and doesn't have all features like the premium one.

Also, you should know that we are currently working on the Event booking feature that will be released probably at the beginning of May, that you would be able to use for wedding, conferences or something else.

    Best regards.
