Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

About the sidebar you need to contact Theme support that you use and to find out how to remove it.

If you want to set catalog on middle on the page you can use CSS between style tags on the page where you are using our shortcode:

We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.

Unfortunately at them moment we don't have such option for rating or reviews. You can check some free plugins with which you can make separate pages for reviews and then that page you can send customers after the appointment with Appointment Follow Up Notification.

This is one of the two notifications available only to the customer. With this notification, you can send a follow-up email to thank your customer for coming or give some additional information (link of the page which you made for reviews). 

If you made only one location it will not be show as dropdown option in booking form. If you add more location then you will have drop down so customers can choose it.

Name of the location is also displayed in booking form when customers filling their data(First and Last name, email...) (attachment)

Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.
