In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

FIRST DEMAND: I´m planning a website where my clients, after logging on my WP site, could use one form to insert real estate properties info, to ask for maintenance. After that my team can see in a report or at the DB, the new data and perform maintenance adding some status so the client can check it anytime. Can I build this using WP Data Tables? Do you have any live example of this?
SECOND DEMAND: Can I create automated routines to import .csv files and generate reports based on that data imported?

wpDataTables is not form builder plugin. What we have is our edit modal when you create editable tables. You can read more about this on this link.
We have integration with form builder plugins like Gravity forms and Formidable forms. You can also read more about Gravity Forms integration for wpDataTables and Formidable Forms Integration: Integrating with the WordPress form plugin.
About the reports you can take a look about our add on Report builder and check is this what you look for.
We have Lite version of wpdatatables which you can try for free.
wpDataTables Lite is a basic version of a popular best-selling WordPress table plugin. While some premium features are reduced, wpDataTables Lite is still quite a handy tool that allows you to quickly create tables in WordPress from different sources. You can download it from this link.
