We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello! We are loving Amelia.
We wanted to see if there is an existing option to list one employee at multiple locations. There are several managers at this company that bounce back and forth between the two locations. We'd like for them to have the ability to set their availability for both locations.
I suppose we could create a separate employee for both locations. But I feel like there should be a better solution than that.
Thank you!
John
HI John,
I suppose we could create a separate employee for both locations.
At the moment this is a solution, but we have in plan to add feature for 1 employee to multiple locations.
There is a workaround where you can make three same employees () with different emails(you can use same email by adding numbers for example if your client email address is [email protected] you can make more employees with same email adding numbers like [email protected],[email protected]... )
And then you can use ameliabooking shortcode and on front-end you can hide with CSS dropdawn with Employees and it will be shown just Location dropdawn like you requested.
It would be great if you could suggest this feature on our features list here. We plan to follow our customers needs and implement the most requested features first.
If you go to the link that I provided you will notice Option for employees to work on a multiple locations feature to vote, so please check it.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
