how can we define workshops which we offer e.g. every second Monday or at specific dates in the year?
In other words - is it possible to define services which are only available at certain dates?
Hi Franz,
You can set this in the Employee's working hours and special days. If this workshop repeats every Monday you can set the working hours for Monday and assign that Workshop beside the period (where services are). If, on the other hand it just happens one time then you can set it in the Special days option on the employees modal. You can try all this on our demo site.
Also, you should know that we are preparing the event booking feature which will be made for events and classes and there will be option for recurring events. However, we don't have packages option at the moment, this will have to wait several updates.

With this workaround it should be possible to setup the training courses.
However, it would be very helpful if the "special days" could be recurring. So I could define a workshop e.g. every second Monday or every first Saturday in the month without defining 100 "special days" for a year. Will this be possible?
When I purchase the plugin now, will the updates be available for me?

You are welcome.
We don't have recurring option for Special Days at the moment but as this is a good suggestion we will reconsider it for the future versions. Once we implement the event booking feature this feature will have recurring option so you will be able to set workshops as events as well.
When you purchase the plugin you get the lifetime license and lifetime updates and 6 months of our paid support.
