What exactly hook you need (php or JS) and where, so I can forward that to my development team to implement?

Ok for now we do not have hooks for this use cases like you mentioned below.

But I can give you some hint.

We do have 2 functions 

beforeConfirmBookingLoaded

and

afterConfirmBooking

which have the parameters in them, booking data and time.

Also for now this will only work if the woocomerce is not enabled.

So maybe you can use them in your scripts to achieve the features below.

Unfortunately that can not be the solution at the moment

There are some features that are long time on our voting list here.
A lot of customers are waiting for these features to be released and for now this is our dev team priority.

I appreciate your suggestion but like I said this would not speed up the process.

Also I can suggest you the WPKraken the do develop customizations for our users for all of our products so if you are in a hurry my suggestion is to ask them.

Also can you please tell me exactly what data beside Name and Service which is being booked do you need to get from the hook so I can see if there is an option to add it without waitng for update.
