We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello there absolutely love this plugin so far but I have an interesting use case that i'd like to know if covered or not.


    We have an MMA gym and members can purchase a membership which gives them access to any 10 classes a month for example. They pay for their membership upfront and choose classes as they go along. Does Amelia cater for that? Or does a member have to book and pay for every class individually?

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Unfortunately at the moment our plugin doesn't have membership feature. Your members would need to book and pay for every class individually. The only other option now is to create coupons and to send coupon codes to each user every time they schedule the first appointment and pay, so they can schedule each appointment after that free by using the coupons. 

    We plan to work on the event booking feature for one of the future updates and there it will be possible to create recurring events and you will be able to choose whether customers will pay for one or for all of them, but there customers will not be able to choose when the classes will be.
