Combining multiple calendars into one

I have a company that is a lot like an Uber model to show cars to people a lot like real estate agents would show a house to someone.  We use a "car concierge" to go to the seller's home, and pickup the vehicle.  Our goal is to be able to find a convenient time for the Buyer, Car Concierge, and the Seller to pickup the vehicle.  Currently we have to make numerous calls to the seller, car concierge and buyer to find a convenient time to see the car.

I would like a potential buyer to be able to come to our website and in the backend of the software we would be able to assign one or more car concierges  calendar(which is already syncing with Google Calendar).

The sellers calendar would need to be manually entered for that particular vehicle.   Once the buyer initiates a booking  time and day that want to see a car, it would send a message to the car concierge and seller to both approve the showing.  If, for example the seller approves the showing, and the car concierge has not approved the showing, then the booking would not be confirmed. Require manual approval before bookings are confirmed.

If there is an easier way to do this please let me know.

    Hi Jay,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

We have option to create employees in the back-end and give them permission to edit their working hours, and they can also sync their profile with Google Cal so when they add some events to the Google Calendar and set that events as busy these time slots will be deleted from Amelia calendar. However, we don't have two statuses, each appointment can have only one status. When it is booked the appointment can be Pending by default and then once the admin or employee approves it, it would be approved. We have email and SMS notifications that could be sent after each change of status, but we don't have two different user roles that could change two statuses, just one.

If you have more questions please do not hesitate to ask, I will be glad to help.

    Best regards.

Thanks for.your speedy reply.  So multiple calendars can be combined into one calendar that potential buyer can schedule a showing on their own and approved by the car concierge?

If there are multiple car concierge's schedules combined how does amelia choose who to set appointment with?

    Hi Jay,

If you create multiple employees (that you car concierge are) and set their working hours you have options to choose whether you will show for each of them separate calendar or you will show one calendar with all available dates and times slots. You can take a look at our Step-by-step Booking form. If you use it, your clients will choose a service and then they will have option to choose a concierge. They can also put Any in the selection for concierge and if they choose any concierge, all dates and time slots will be shown for them. Once they choose a date and a time that appointment will be assigned to the concierge that is free. If multiple concierges are free at that exact date and time then the appointment will be assigned randomly. The concierge and client will receive an email that appointment is pending a confirmation (you can set text for this), and after concierge approves it they both will receive the emails about approved appointment (if you set this email).

We have more options and more booking forms, you can take a look here on our features list, and also try our demo to see how our plugin is working.

    Best regards.
