I believe what you're looking for is View and edit only own data feature. However, this feature is linked to editing, and tables created using Formidable Forms Integration for wpDataTables are not editable. Therefore - I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately this is not possible with the plugin's built in features.
Hi, Thanks for your quick reply. What a shame. Unfortunatly Iam unable to change to gravity forms. All my formidable forms are linked to the user ID, does that make a difference? Thanks
Please note: this tool is not an ultimate query generator. It simply constructs a suggestion of a query. We are constantly working to improve it, but SQL is such a complicated and flexible language that full automation for constructing queries is next to impossible. Consequently, the more complicated the query, the higher is the probability that it will not return exactly what you need. So, you will often need to play around with the resulting query.
In short, you would need to find a way to pull the entered data through SQL queries, which will allow editing. Being difficult as it is, is the reason why the editing feature is not yet implemented in Formidable forms.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
But we can recommend this service for customization: https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins (by this link they would know you come from us) - they do develop such custom solutions, could you please send your inquiry to them?
Hi, I need to create tables created from a formidable form that only displays the data linked to the user ID of the logged in user. How do I do this?
Thanks heaps for your help.
Hello Isabelle.
Thank you for your purchase.

Tables created using Gravity Forms Integration for wpDataTables can be, and with them you can achieve this. Is there a possibility to switch to Gravity Forms?
Best regards.

Well, Isabelle, there is something you can try.
It is rather cumbersome to say the least. You would have to Create a MySQL-query-based table by generating a query to WordPress database.
