Once a customer has purchased a booking slot, how do they see a dashboard on the website of what they have booked?
I have set the plugin to add them as a customer when they order. They are sent an email with a link to create a password and can login, but when they login, they get sent to the backend of WordPress and they see nothing to do with this plugin or their bookings.
What do I need to do so they can see their own appointments?
If you enable option Create Amelia customer when they made appointments, they will get notification for login credential and to change their password. When they are logged in they will see only Appointments and Calendar page in our plugin. (attachment)
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
