Charts have "Vertical Axis Max" and "Vertical Axis Min" settings.
For certain charts, values can vary widely, so there needs to be an "auto" option for both the Max and Min.
In wpDataCharts, leaving the Max field blank accomplishes this. But for the Min field, leaving it blank is the same as setting it to zero.
I found this old ticket (October 2018) reporting the same issue:
https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/1755720
I followed the manual workaround and commented out code from the plugin to override this. But that's not a good solution.
We need the ability to allow the "Vertical Axis Min" to automatically set itself like the "Max" does (and Excel and virtually all other charting programs do).
Is this on the roadmap to fix? Is there a better fix than the one I linked to on ticket 1755720?
Thanks!
Hello jagesso.
Thank you for your purchase.
I am sorry to say, but unfortunately this is the only fix available for now. I am forwarding the ticket to our development team, so they can take a look at this and work on a better solution.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
