When I try to view the employees section of the plugin, it says 'You don't have any employees here yet...' and shows the attached error in the browser console.
I've tried reuploading the plugin folder, updating Wordpress and adjusting user roles/capabilities, but nothing has worked so far.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
From screenshot that you provide we suppose that there is some issue with database tables. Some settings probably are not saved or deleted properly. We need to investigate.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login and PHPMYADMIN credentials for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I've cleared the browser cache but it hasn't fixed the problem. I've also checked the uploads folder for the CSS, and the file is definitely there as it should be (see attachment).
I think I've fixed the CSS issue by uploading a backup from a few months ago, so it looks as it should now.
I'm still having problems with the employees page, although it only seems to be affecting non-administrator users. The problem with loading employees is fixed, but now I'm getting errors when trying to save employee settings (see attached screenshot).
I've changed your account to a non-administrator one so you can see from a user's perspective, go to https://thelunahive.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-calendar and have a look. The problem seems to occur after setting work hours, and also the assigned services and days off tabs seem to have gone missing...
In subsequent tests the saving issue hasn't been happening consistently, so let's not worry about that for now. Can you just tell me how to bring back the 'days off' and 'assigned services' tabs on the employee settings, as they have gone missing?
From URL's that you provide we can see that you make some custom booking functionality (different from our built in functionality) so can you please tell me what did you change exactly, because there are no tabs 'days off' and 'assigned services' (which are default tabs on Employees page) and also if you access to the services it will be shown on few seconds, and they will be disappeared and also option to add categories.
We can not help you if you manually change core of our plugin, which can cause not working some functionality in the plugin.
The only change made to the actual plugin files as far as I'm aware is the change to the name is the left-side menu. There was also some Javascript and CSS used in theme's functions.php file to hide certain options that we don't want users to have access to, but I've already tried removing this from the code temporarily to see if it would bring back the missing tabs, but that didn't work. I've attached the file so you can have a look and see exactly what was done, just in case I've overlooked something.
As we guess there is a lot of custom code that causing not showing some parts of our plugin like using selectors #pane-details, #am-employees, #pane-services....
If you remove all that custom code that you add for our plugin in functions.php file and clear server and browser cache, so new JS and CSS files are rendered you will see that our plugin is working fine.
Please note that when you are making some custom solution with our plugin, that override scope of the standard support that we provide.

Hi Dan,
We notice that you change Amelia name from the Submenu of the WordPress to make own name.
Can you please tell me what you else change in our plugin, which can cause not loading Amelia CSS in back-end?
Can you try to change the theme and see is there some conflict with it?
Also, you can try to deactivate plugin one by one and see is there some conflict with some of them?
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
