We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,

    I would like to purchase this plug in and add it to my existing Wordpress site. Before I do so, I would like to know if it will be able to perform the functions required. Will I be able to create a table where users enter time data that will be translated to a pie chart? This is for a time management website. I need the table/chart to work together and created based on user entered content. We will only have the headers/categories previously named. Everything else will be dynamic based on that particular user. Will your plug in do that?

    Hi Nadia,
    Thank you for your interest in wpdatatables.

    Unfortunately that is not possible, because our charts access only one sting type column(string, date, datetime, time, URL..) and all other have to be integers or floats.

    You can try our sandbox site: Front-end & Back-end - you can find a fully functional version there to try out all plugin premium features.

    All useful information about all wpdatatables features that are explained (video and text) you can find in our DOCUMENTATION.
