Yes if you create WordPress users when they made a booking, then they will be able to login as customer and to cancel their appointments.
Also, you can pass Email Placeholders %appointment_cancel_url% in your notification for customers with which there will be available to cancel own appointments.
2) im registrated and login in, but i dont know where (which page ) to cancel my appointment. it is a reason of my question. Standardly i will expect on my dashbord page list of my appointments. But there is nothing.
I found it after registration in back end. But i need all things at front-end.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Sorry to disappoint you but at the moment something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment.
It would be great if you could suggest this feature on our features list here. We plan to follow our customers needs and implement the most requested features first.
The feature can be found on the list with the name Front-end booking cabinet for customers
Can you help me?
How customer can cancel his appointment?
I should find it...

Hi vaclavkrizek,
You can use different shortcodes to display the booking form for the users.
Here’s the list of all our shortcodes:
You will just need to paste the shortcode on the page.
Hope this can help you out.
Best regards.
