Hello
I am looking for a booking plugin and wondered if you could help me understand if the following is possible:
I have 3 services which are being offered by one employee but the time slots for each service are different. for example service 1 is 10-12 and 1-2, service 2 is 10-2 and service 3 is 9-12.
I would want to ensure that if someone books service 1, service 2 and 3 can't be booked because the employee is engaged on service 1.
Would I be able to use your plugin for this set up?
Hi Leon,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Yes, this is completely possible with our plugin.
You can create one employee and three services, set for each service duration like you need and then in the employee's working hours (Employees page>Edit Employee>Working hours), you can set periods of time and assign to each period one or multiple services. In that way when someone schedules Service 1 from 10-12, some other customer will not be able to schedule Service 2 or 3 in the same time since all those services are provided by the same employee.
You can try this on our demo site here.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Best regards.
