Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

It looks like the issue might be in the page editor.

As I can see if you just paste the code on the page like on this page everything seems fine.

Can you please tell me where did you added this code for the page that you have issue with.

I just checked with my team about this issue.

Unfortunately at the moment our shortcode will not work properly in the popup menu like you have on your page.

For now my suggestion is to make that button go to other page where our shorcode will be pasted like from the page that I created on your site for test.

We are aware of this issue and we will look forward to solve it for the upcoming updates.
