We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
i need setup 2 locations for some service but for different days in week.
for exemple.
monday, tuesday --location A
friday -location B
It is possible??
Thank you for your help
HI vaclavkrizek,
Thank you for your purchase.
Yes you can achieve this.
Create 2 employees and connect them with each of the location.
For the 1st employee which will be in the location A set the working hours for Monday and Tuesday.
For the 2nd employee which will be in the location B set the working hours for Friday,
Then use the CSS to hide the employee from the front end.
I can send you a code for CSS if you can send me the page where you have a booking form.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

HI Bogdan...
maybe i described badly my need.
I have 1 employee with 2 places.
So i need for monday and tuesday location A
For some persone for friday location B
Some service, some employee but different location
It is some need with your solution?
Best regards
Michal
HI Michal,
Unfortunately the use case that you described below is not possible to add more locations to one employee.
There is a workaround where you can make three same employees () with different emails(you can use same email by adding numbers for example if your client email address is [email protected] you can make more employees with same email adding numbers like [email protected],[email protected]... )
And then you can use ameliabooking shortcode and on front-end you can hide with CSS dropdown with Employees and it will be shown just Location dropdown like you requested.
It would be great if you could suggest this feature on our features list here. We plan to follow our customers needs and implement the most requested features first.
You will see that there is an vote for the feature Option for employees to work on a multiple locations.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
