We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a small table with 5 columns and the following column captions:
I can add the last two colums without any problems. But when i change anything on the table, the last two columns disappear. After changes and subsequent saving, the BackOffice is reloaded - as expected - but then the last two columns are gone. I can then create them again - but as soon as I make another change to the table itself or a column, the last two columns are deleted again.
What can we do?!?
Hello KienbaumIT.
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you tell me how you created the table?
When I try to create a manual table using these column names, I get the error that the column name is simply too long:
I believe that may be an issue on your end as well.
If you created a table from an existing file source, could you by any chance send me that file?
Please let me know, so I can re-create the issue on my end as well.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Yes, the name is too long. However, it is really not good that the column can be created with it at all. The columns were created with the green icon.
We solved it over an direct access to mySQL ...
I agree KienbaumIT.
The plugin does prevent us from creating a table with a name this long, but honestly I haven't tested it by adding a new column using the green button.
I'll do that, and if the issue occurs on my end as well, I'll forward it to our development team for testing and debugging.
I'm glad to hear you found a way around it, though.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
