Hi, purchased the plugin. Finding it extremely difficult to connect PayPal with Amelia. Followed the user guide setup. However Live Client ID and Live Secret Key - unable to connect to PayPal. Error message (Sorry there was an error processing your payment). Please try again later. Redirection to PayPal is incomplete. Need additional assistance as your tutorial does not have Troubleshooting with PayPal options.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Bogdan, I went ahead and got the paypal information needed for the plugin. When you book the appointment you can see it forwarding to paypal however the connect fails. Please attached error message. Thanks
Bogdan I sent you a screenshot of an appoint booking with the error message. Everything works to the point where it goes to paypal. You see the paypal screen and no connection is made. I went into paypal > tools > all tools > API credentials > grant api permissions > entered the third party permission username > I entered Amelia then it gave me a API Username (Client ID) and API Password (Secret). Apparently this isn't working. Can you please explain to me step by step on what needs to be done. The link you sent talks to setting up Sandbox and I don't want a Sandbox and I followed the API steps and Paypal setup in the link to no avail. So what is wrong? Why can't it connect to paypal? Its been over a week and can't connect. I really need to get this plugin working. If you can please help.
We tested with our PayPal credentials and it is working on your site, so the issue is almost 99% in the right credentials from your PayPal account because the secret and ID can not be like that you send me in your attachment.
One for the differences between sandbox and live are the credentials.
As you can notice in my attachment I choose Live in PayPal account

The client ID and secret that you are entering are not right.
You can take a look at this link from our documentation.
You will need to enter these client ID and secret like from attachment.

Can you please tell me did you used this Clint ID and secret from the PayPall account ( attachment )
Because looking at your settings what you entered can not be secret or client ID.
