For manually entered appointments from the backend, the google calendar shows this error: ERROR: Invalid string. 'First_name last_name, service name' not found
It is fine for appointments that clients enter from the front end, the google calendar shows the correct info.
How do I correct this error for manually entered appointments?
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Sorry for inconvenience,
Can you please tell me are you inserting appointments logged in as admin or as employee?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
