We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I've noticed that when I make changes to the data in my Google Sheet the wpdatatable on my site doesn't update consistently.

What is considered nominal behavior? How long should it take from the time I make a change on Google Sheets before the change is reflected on WordPress?

I've seen where sheets with 3000+ rows can take a while, but my sheet is pretty small.

    Hi Leneia.

    Thank you for your purchase.

Just like mentioned in our documentation - There is a cache on the Google side, so when you update the table it might take up to 5-15 minutes to be reflected in wpDataTables.

Please go through the page from the link provided above. You need to look out for changing names of columns, adding or removing columns and changing their order - those actions may break the table all together.

And as for tables linked to sheets with 3000+ rows, again I must quote the documentation:

The data is read from the data source every time the page loads, so when your tables are large (more then 2000-3000 cells) this source won’t be the right choice since the page with large tables will load slow, or even crash after reaching a certain size.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
