Google Calendar Sync Issues

    Hi guys,

We are using your product Amelia and it's awesome. However we came upon the following issue recently when trying to book some appointments from google calendar.

Today 14.03.2019 we tried to create an event for 01.06.2019 that will be from 10:00 AM to 13:00 PM.

Normally when we do that, if there are available bookings for this specific day and hour Amelia will sync with the google calendar and remove the booking from the Amelia calendar.

I have attached a screenshot with an example. For instance: I want to add an event in my google calendar for 04.06.2019 from 12:00 to 13:15 and want this booking to disappear from the Amelia calendar but it does not happen.

IMPORTANT: The sync feature works when we try to add an event for 23.05.2019 (or any date earlier than this) which is roughly 70 days from now. So my question is: does the sync works only for a specific period in the future or we should be able to create an event in google calendar for any point in the future and Amelia should sync and disable bookings if they interfere with this event?

    Best regards,

    Ivaylo

Found the problem. It was the Maximum Number Of Events Returned setting. It seems that I have a lot of events in my calendar and thus the changes made for a later date didn't sync with Amelia. You can close the ticket.
