this is strange when i am buying the license i am unable to see for how long the premium version is for? is it monthly or yearly?
Also when i click on home page while doing by booking it is taking me again and again to booking page, what happens when it between someone had a question?
$59 is for montly? yearly or something else?

The $59 is for a lifetime license, you get updates and 6 months of our paid support.

I am really sorry to hear that you want a refund for our product. Can I ask you which features you need that our plugin currently doesn't support, because maybe these features are in our plan? I cannot find your other tickets to see from them.

The post i meant where your support person sent me message about giving him access to my admin section and see the plugin for himself. Strange that ticket is not here.
Well i wish to cancel this subscription since i am not confident that our relationship can make progress here, i wanted a plug n play plugin but i got into issues the moment i bought it.
