Can I send a different notification email and SMS based off the type of service booked? If not can I make select services booked immediately and others as pending? Currently my 3 different clients that receive 3 different services, get different emails so I would like to know if Amelia has the ability.
Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment.
It would be great if you could suggest this feature on our features list here. We plan to follow our customers needs and implement the most requested features first.
