    Hi there,


    I want to know if the plugin is capable of blocking users who have previously abused the system for example, book appointments without turning up. And if the plugin can force customers to pay a deposit or percentage of the total cost of the services booked before appointment is confirmed.

    Either of this will go a long way in protecting the system from being abused.

    I will be glad if you can get back to me ASAP.

    Hi Ola,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Unfortunately we don't have these two features in our plugin at the moment. However, deposit payment are already been requested, and we have added it on our features list here so it would be great if you could vote for this feature. If you are interest I could inform you after we release a version with this feature but I need to be honest to say that we have some more important features before this one, so it will not be in the next updates for sure.
