At the moment we don't have the Russian translation, however you can easily translate the plugin using Poedit, Loco Translate or some other third party plugin, and you can also send us the translation, so we can include it in the next update.
As for the fonts' suggestion, we certainly plan to add more customization options as well as fonts options in one of the future versions. Thank you for this suggestion.
