Hi,
I can't get the page to load once I've inserted the shortcode. I just get an hour glass spinning...
Also - would like to take employee out and location of the bookings. I think I saw on a tutorial that it wouldn't show those if there is only one but I can't get the page to load to seee...

Thank you for your purchase.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I'd like to remove the circle with the letters, and have no location or employee shown.
Something like this can be achieved with some CSS, can you please send me the link of your booking page so I can take a look and give you the proper CSS.
I have workshops, and would like to have the book button lead directly to a choice of available dates and times for each workshop

have you already resolved this issue? When I uploaded the plugin, everything was OK, but after adding services I see hour glass spinnin and it cannot load. Thank you for your answer.
