Is it possible for appointment notifications to be sent to two email accounts/calendars?
For example, can an email notification and gmail calendar invite be sent to the employee who is responsible for the service and also to another account/email address?
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Unfortunately at the moment there’s no built-in solution. We have features in our TO DO list where you will be able to add one email where will be sent all notifications as well and will be implemented in one of the next updates. If you need it now then you can have it if you hardcode it in code and set as cc into the code for all submission.
If this is something that you want please can you please tell me which Mail service yo are using in Notification settings, so we can check some workaround?
Adding that mail as Attendees in google calendar require more customization that is not included with standard support that we provide.
Thanks Milan, good to hear this is in the pipeline.
We were hoping a booking could be sent to 2x gmail accounts, so that 2 separate people could have the booking in their individual google calendars - so sounds like this is out of scope for your support at present?
Like I explain in previous post we have in plan to implement feature that will be possible to send all notification on one master email account(it will not be possible to write appointments in 2 google calendar ). Your request is not possible with built in feature of plugin and it will not part of the feature that I already explain. When I said that is out of scope of support that we provide means that require code customization to make it possible. We have our paid customization service, but unfortunately, at the moment we don't have available developers for customization's, because there is a lot of priority task that have to be done in next few months.
Thank you for understanding.
We constantly strive to make our product better, and deliver the most value for our end users - so please share your feedback on what features you need in next versions on this link.
