I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Allowing users to see and edit only their own data is available only for Manual tables, and MySQL query based tables. They are both server-side, and they both store data in PHPMyAdmin. The plugin needs a unique Auto-Increment integer column to be able to implement this feature, and that is why referencing username is not an option.
