is it possible to set up a query where the potential customer has to enter his address first and based on this he or she is presented with the possible appointments and employees?

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately something like this is not possible with our plugin. However, we plan to make something similar in the future. We plan to implement front-end location shortcode, where customers will be able to select the location on the map and find the nearest employee/service/appointment.
