Hey,
A customer accidentaly cancel his appointment for today at 10. When he canceled I received an email notification with his name but the name of the previous customer that have already canceled this slot.
I received "Benjamin Monnier, Matthieu Weber

You can see all the names for this slot. But the good customer is matthieu weber, not benjamin.
So my customer, call me to tell me that he made a mistake. So I would to approved this appointment. But impossible Amelia told that maximum capicity is 1. So I can't. Amelia thinks I want to approved the 2 appointment for the same slot. The first customer (that really canceled) and the "good" customer. Hope you understand me.
Can you help me ?
1- By the way, yesterday a customer canceled accidentaly too her appointment. But I couldn't approved because it was too late. How can we do that ?
2- A customer didn't come too. And I can't anymore cancel her slot because it's too late. it's 10:05 and I can cancel it until 9:59

Something like this will be possible to achieve in the next updates of the plugin.
As for the issue.
You will need to change the steps not from the edit each service like this ( attachment) and use it in the Edit modal for each service not from the listing.
