I'm building a site with your wpdatatables plugin for our client. I'd just kindly like to ask you which template are you using in your wpdatatables demo sandbox? I tried some of the integrated wordpress themes and also some custom themes, but the output really nowhere looks as good as inside your demo sandbox. Is it maybe a custom theme? Is it possible to get it somewhere maybe or is it possible for you to share it maybe?
If not, what is the best option to get as clean as possible free theme which supports full-screen output as your demo does?
Hi Tomaz, Thank you for your interest in wpdatatables.
Yes that is our Custom theme and it is made for our sandbox and documentation. Unfortunately it is not for sharing. There is a lot of themes that you can try it for free, but we can't tell you which one will suit exactly for your needs.
Can you please tell me are you using Lite or premium version of our plugin?
I was testing both the lite and the premium plugin later which out client has bought. The issue is that tables on your demo theme look good as they're stretched through the whole lenght of main screen, but all embedded wordpress templates have some kind of limited width (1280px probably). I also tried the premium plugin with enfold theme which we have bought, but there are formatting/css issues with search bars and some other elements as well.
Can you please recommend a clean (free of premium) theme which would output your plugin elements perfect as they're on your demo site?
Also, I installed the WpBakery Page Builder and tried to find the "WDT Widget" element to show/hide the contents of the table as in your demo, but the widget isn't there. How would I be able to install that widget?
There is a lot of themes today that are customizable like Avada, Divi, Betheme.... and from free ones you need to test it because there is a lot of them.
Yes that element is created in our custom theme as Visual Compose element. You can take a look on this link How to Extend Visual Composer With Custom Content Elements.
thank you for your answer. I tried Enfold theme which is really a good theme before and it has some CSS issues. Then I also tried Avada as you suggested and it seems to works fine with wpdatatables, so thank you for this answer.
Enfold has issues with magnifying glass for instance inside search input frame (top left) as it's not centered properly. Is there an easy fix maybe?
Otherwise you can close this ticket, it's solveable, only minor CSS issues.
