We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Employee Shifts

Do you have the ability to create Shift Rotations on a week-to-week basis?  For example, Joe works Sat / Sun / Mon / Tue /Wed for week 1, but then on week 2, he works Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri.    We would define the work-week as Sunday to Saturday and schedule this accordingly in the future allowing employee's to know their schedule, and customers to book, in advance.

    Hi Steve,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

We have option for adding special days or range of dates where you can configure different schedule than the general one. However, I need to be honest to say that you would have to set each second week manually because at the moment we don't have option to set recurring option for these special days. We plan to further develop this option so the use cases like this can be easily set. You can track our plans, vote or suggest features here

At the moment, you would need to set some basic schedule that would repeat each week and then set Special week for every second week that will have different shift and that will override the general schedule. You can try this on our demo here, go to the employees page, open one employee, and there you will see working hours (for setting up the general schedule) and special days tabs (where you can add shift for other week).

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask, I will be glad to help.

    Best regards.
