how can I select a booking time to suit the time requested . I keep changing my operating and employee hours and it never gives me the time period I want . If I have nothing booked all day and I get a booking for 1:30 for a 1 hour appointment it only allows me to enter at 2:00. IfI change my operating hours it may then allow for 1:30 but not for 2:00 . I want increments to be different. Because I travel to locations I want to add a buffer to the end of each appointment for travel time , that I know how to do but its still a problem . New user.
I am not sure that I understand you, if you want to allow booking at 1:30, 2:00, 2:30 and your appointment lasts for 1 hour, then the option in General Settings Use service duration for booking a time slot should be disabled. Also, if you have set your working hours from 1:30 and you see the first time slot from 2:00 then you have probably set Buffer Time Before, you should delete this and set the Buffer Time After if you need time to go to other location.
If I didn't understand you correctly, please provide me more information, maybe screenshots of your setting, or please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
