Followed video guide, but no appointment-plugin appears. Are there known conflicts with other Woo product types (smart bundles, product bundle, WPPCP membership) that might cause this?
Tried switching off/on Woo integration and reinstallation of Amelia (current version, Woo 3.5.4). to no avail
For further investigation on my side: which database tabIe carries the amelia appointment product?
We did not receive any issues regarding the woocomerce.
Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
thanks for your response. The case can be closed actually as I misunderstood the concept. I kept looking under the product type drop down as lots of other appointment plugins work that way. In the meantime I've realized that it is a product entry, not a product type.
